What is Team Redondo? Team Redondo is a group of eight experienced Realtors from South Bay Brokers, Inc., who have joined their efforts to work together as a team and provide an even higher level of Real Estate service to the community of Redondo Beach.  Team Redondo represents both Buyers and Sellers and has a combined level of expertise that exceeds 120 years in the business and over 95 million dollars in sales in Redondo Beach alone.   Although the team members have extensive experience selling Real Estate all over the South Bay, they have made it their mission to become the number one ”go-to” resource for all things Redondo Beach and to bring the community ongoing information on Homes for Sale in Redondo Beach, Open Houses in Redondo Beach, Redondo Beach School Information, Financing and Mortgage Information, The Best Home Deals in Redondo Beach, as well as Fun Things to do in Redondo Beach.  

If you list your home with Team Redondo, you will have one lead agent, one co-agent and six assisting agents to make your sale a success.  You will benefit by the additional workforce of a large team, the added experience that 8 Realtors can bring to the transaction and the extensive marketing services available to you through such a large team, at NO additional cost to you as a seller.

If you are a Buyer with Team Redondo, you will have one lead agent that you will work with and 7 assisting agents that will be on the lookout for potential properties and good deals for you, even before they hit the market.  You always have a licensed Realtor to assist you if your lead agent is un-avialable and the expertise of 8 Professional Realtors to assist with any difficulties in the transaction.  There is NO cost to the Buyer.

Picking Your Lead Agent: If you would like to pick a specific agent to help you with the sale of your home or purchase of a new home, just go to the drop down menu at the top of the page named ”About Team Redondo” and a list of agents will appear.  You may go to each agent’s Bio Page to read about them and from there you can click on “Contact this Agent” or call their individual Cell number.  It’s as easy as that…. otherwise the lead agent will be selected randomly from the daily rotation of ”On Call” agents. 

What if I’m Moving Outside of Redondo Beach?  Team Redondo is comprised of Realtors that have extensive experience from Palos Verdes to Manhattan Beach, so if you are selling in Redondo Beach, but moving to Manhattan Beach (or anywhere in the South Bay), ALL 8 team members are well qualified and ready to help.
