I’m originally from Northern CA, but I’ve made the South Bay my home for over 22 years.   Having owned and lived in several homes in North Redondo over the years, I just recently achieved my goal of purchasing a home in South Redondo and I’m absolutely loving this new area and experience.  It is so close to everything and my two children can walk to the High School now, which makes my life and their’s so much easier.  They are so lucky to be going to RUHS at a time when the campus is undergoing enormous renovations, if they could see the schools that I went to, they would be shocked.    All of our Redondo schools have seen tremendous improvements these last few years and now we just need to keep supporting the Ed Foundation to keep the best teachers in place for our kids, which is why I am a member of Commissions for Education.

Both of my parents have been in the Real Estate industry in one capacity or another for the past 30 years, so I guess I caught the “bug” from them.  After graduating with a degree in Ceramics Engineering from the University of Washington, I went to work at Allied-Signal Aerospace as a Research and Development engineer and program manager for 15 great years…then in 2004 I started “flipping” and rehabbing homes, buying distressed properties at the courthouse steps.  I became a Realtor in order to better service my own projects and to expand my business to service buyers, sellers and investors.  Along the way, I earned my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification, and I am now working on completing the class work for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation as well.

I pride myself in servicing my clients and always maintaining their interests above mine, negotiating the best deal possible, protecting my client’s interests and making their transaction as easy as possible for them.   Thank you for taking the time to read my bio and I hope that I can help you and your family with all of your real estate needs.  DRE#01474597
