Real estate dominates my life. There’s no getting away from it. When I come home and have a conversation with my wife, a real estate agent in the south bay for around 30 years, it’s very hard to ignore the subject. When I’m at the market I will sometimes hear someone yell, Hey there’s Mr. Neighborhood! I use that title sometimes in my advertising. When I go to a local party or charity event, all my friends want to talk about is the latest real estate trends. That’s fine with me. It’s certainly been in the news lately and needs some interpreting from a local expert. I’ve been selling homes in the south bay for around 10 years, developed and built several homes for sale in the area before that and worked as a property loss consultant, representing homeowners in their negotiations with their insurance company. It’s the way of my life and I love it and I love helping people with buying or selling a home, which I know a lot about, and I think my clients sense that energy from me and tend to have a more pleasant time with the process.
